In regards to Covid, we are following provincial recommendations closely. Should there be any reason that we are unable to host our tours, such as Covid or weather conditions, we do not hold our guests liable.
In the event that we are able to operate our tours and you need to cancel – please read the following cancellation agreement.
Booking and Cancellation Agreement
From July 1st through September 6th, we have a 4-person minimum for all multi-day tours. Outside of those times, we require a minimum of 2 people to run our tours. Should we be unable to acquire the minimum number of guests required for our tour, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule. Solo travellers should note that we have a maximum capacity of 2 single paddlers per trip. If you are traveling alone or are an odd number in your party, you or someone else in your party will be required to paddle a tandem kayak with someone from another party.
Should you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request, but what we can do will be very much subject to availability and the proximity of your notice to the departure date. In the unfortunate event that you should need to cancel your booking, we require written notice of cancellation. Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, your fee will be refunded according to the following schedule:
60 days or more: Full Refund less $30 administrative fee per person
59-31 days: Full credit of deposit (less $30 administrative fee per person). Credit can be applied to any of our future tours.
30 days or less: No refund
Refunds will be made in CAD$. Conversion rate will be determined by the issuer of your credit card. All prices are shown and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD$)
Cancellations due to Covid-related travel restrictions
If you are unable to arrive in Telegraph Cove due to Covid-related travel restrictions, and you are within the 30 days prior to your tour departure date, we would be happy to issue you a full credit (less $30 administrative fee per person). We require a written notice of your cancellation to proceed.
We strongly suggest you invest in travel insurance to protect yourself from any loss you may suffer due to our cancellation agreement.
