Tour Booking and Cancellation Policy
How to Book?
All prices are shown and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD$) and do not include applicable 5% sales tax (gst). For participants of tours involving camping who are non-Canadian residents, 2.5% of this sales tax is refundable after your trip by completing Tell me more..
To book your tour, we require a minimum 50% per person deposit, which will hold your place until 30 days before your tour departure date when payment is due in full. To initiate booking, or to request further information, please select one of the following.
On receipt of your information we will email you further details and an invoice with a link to out Secure Payment Gateway. Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cheque.
I need to reschedule
Should you need to reschedule your tour, please contact us as early as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request, but what we can do will be very much subject to availability and how long before departure you tell us.>
In the unfortunate event that you should need to cancel your tour, we require written notice of cancellation.
Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, your fee will be refunded according to the following schedule;
- 60 days or more: Full Refund less $30 Administration Charge per person
- 59-31 days: Deposit not refunded
- 30 days or less: no refund
Refunds will be made in CAD$. Conversion rate will be determined by the issuer of your Credit Card.
We strongly suggest you take Travel Insurance to protect yourself from any loss you may suffer due to our cancellation policy.
